Will you play your part in promoting the North East?

North East England Ambassadors

FOR almost five years, the "Passionate people. Passionate places" regional image campaign has promoted North East England as a great place to live, work, relocate, visit and study. Since it was launched, groundbreaking progress has been made and the impact of the campaign has been considerable. The region has also seen a significant increase in visitors and an improvement in awareness of the excellent quality of life on offer.

One of the biggest achievements of the campaign so far has been the overwhelming support from within the region. Businesses of all sizes have shown unity and shouted proudly about our region’s strengths, letting the world know our story and getting across the message that the region is a leading player in areas such as offshore wind and electric vehicles, not just in the UK, but on the world stage.

In this review we look at how you can become a regional ambassador and highlight some of the companies that are proud to be based in North East England and to promote the region nationally and internationally as part of their everyday work.

PASSIONATE people really are the region’s greatest asset and have already been crucial to the success of the regional image campaign.
