The Landmark Awards

Landmark awards

The Journal, the North East's leading business publication are proud to launch the Journal Landmark Awards 2008 and would like to welcome your entries.

We have teamed up with Watson Burton LLP to offer something rather special.

The Journal Landmark Awards, in association with Allied Irish Bank, aims to highlight regional building excellence by rewarding the work of those within the building industry.

For each category there will be one winner, with the architect, developer and contractor for the winning project each receiving an award.

The Journal Landmark Awards aim to spotlight those initiatives/developments, which represent the very best in concept, design and construction. Submissions will have enhanced the region and the lives of those within the North East.

These awards will be independently judged by an experienced panel of judges, in association with RICS, RIBA and Northern Architecture.

With six categories in which to enter and seven categories in total, companies of all sizes are able to benefit from the extensive publicity surrounding this award scheme.

In addition to the criteria listed in the categories overleaf, entrants should adhere to the conditions of entry published on the official entry form.

The results of The Journal Landmark Awards will be announced at a black tie dinner, held on Thursday 16th October 2008 at the Newcastle Marriott Hotel, Gosforth Park.
