Once again the Journal and Evening Gazette have teamed up with Weightman Associates and Dickinson Dees to deliver a practical event where you will get the opportunity to attend a Mock Employment Tribunal.
Giving evidence at an employment tribunal can be a traumatic experience for all employers. However, our practical approach provides excellent experience and advice.
The event will offer input into the relevant Employment Law. You will then witness a tribunal, and during the tribunal an opportunity to ask relevant questions will be offered.
This opportunity to question the witnesses is unique. You also get the opportunity to explore why the legal team from Dickinson Dees structured their case; talking also about how you should give evidence, which offers a rare insight into the process.
