NEWCASTLE-based Indigo Multimedia has recently added to its team with the appointment of three new members of staff.
The company designs and builds online solutions, and has a client base which includes UK Sport, Connexions and Newcastle NHS Primary Care Trust. The new additions further strengthen the design and build capabilities of the team bringing vast experience in PHP, Flash and web development.
Richard Muggeridge, who specialises in web development using Microsoft tools such as the .NET Framework, has considerable experience in scripting websites, and he has been involved in some of the vast projects often undertaken by government departments. He has worked for such giants as the Ministry of Agriculture and he spent three years at IBM.
Michael Welsh had his own successful company before he brought his considerable skills in the fields of PHP, Flash and web development to Indigo. Having graduated with a First from Northumbria University, Michael maintained his links with the university, working on both commercial and in-house contracts, particularly in the field of e-learning and the development of Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs).
The third new member of the team, Rob Curry, specialises in PHP development using My SQL open cell databases, and he brings to Indigo six years’ commercial experience in web-based builds.
