Keep fit bonusis on the cards

THREE lucky employees working at the Belasis Hall Business Park in Billingham have no excuses for not keeping their New Year fitness resolutions.

The trio have won a year’s all-inclusive membership for the on-site Activ8 Health and Fitness club.

St George’s Securities, owners of Belasis Hall, held their first ever business card draw open to everyone on the park at the newly-opened Sisterz Kitchen café.

The café is run by three sisters, Teneill, Jade and Bianca Parker together with their sister-in-law Emma and is their first venture in catering.

The lucky winning trio are Christine Marsh, finance director at Chordip, contracts manager Jon Sowerby, of Masterton Demolition, and EC Harris’ partner Mark Stewart.

There were also three runners up who each won Activ8 gift packs.

The competition was organised by St George’s Securities to ensure everyone was aware of the opening of both the gym and the cafe and to celebrate the recent award of a Gold Medal by Northumbria in Bloom.

Hazel Waters, director of St George’s Securities, said: “The Business Park continues to go from strength to strength and we have a thriving business community which we are very proud of.

“Running a competition like this is our way of maintaining relationships with our tenants in a positive way.

“Awarding all the prizes was great fun and certainly something we will consider doing again.

“Sisterz Kitchen and Active8 are also proving very popular, which is great for everyone”

Christine Marsh, one of the winners, said: “It is great to be on a business park where the landlord makes a real effort to support the businesses – and winning the prize is a bonus.”

Activ8 Health and Fitness Centre and Sisterz Kitchen have joined such companies as Tyne Tees Television, Johnson Matthey, ABB, TADEA and NEMS Market Research which have been located at the business park for many years.
