MC Ware in Stokesley is investing in a series of top industry training programmes to ensure that staff at the IT company remain leaders in their field.

Technician Francis Lane recently passed his Citrix CCA exams and is now a certified administrator which means that MC Ware can offer its clients all Citrix Solutions backed up by qualified support. Citrix is a leader in remote access and cloud computing and allows clients super fast remote access as if they were at their desktop computers.

MC Ware partners some of the world’s most influential software and IT companies and has engineers qualified by organisations such as Microsoft, virtualisation software specialists, VMware and networking and communications experts, Cisco.

MC Ware has always employed a strict staff training schedule for its team and has invested further in this throughout 2009 as the team has almost doubled in size since last year to 14.

MC Ware is one of Teesside’s longest-established IT companies specialising in the anti-spam field, managing network installations, disaster recovery, telephone systems, marine installations and web and internet design.

Managing director Jonathan Wheatley is a chartered member of the British Computer Society, a member of the Society for Computers and Law, a member of the Fraud Advisory Panel and a qualified ethical hacker.

He said: “We have always encouraged our staff to continually build on their qualifications by providing them with an enhanced training package. This hasn’t been affected by the recession and we have actually increased training to make sure that we are ahead of our game to be able to offer our clients the best possible services on the market.

“MC Ware understands that training is vital for the development of the business and, by working in partnership with some of the industry’s biggest names, we can help our clients to keep pace with the growing complexity of the IT world.”
