Clock is ticking for nebusiness awards deadline
TIME is running out for companies and organisations to be in with a chance of winning top honours at the nebusiness awards 2009.
Organised by the Evening Gazette and its sister title The Journal, the honours aim to reward achievement and celebrate innovation right across the region.
But there’s just 17 days until entries close at 5pm on January 15.
With global recession hitting the Tees Valley hard in the past 12 months, it’s more important than ever to champion and celebrate success.
From export and environment to service and small businesses, there are 13 awards to enter.
Winners from heats in the Tees Valley, Durham and Wearside and Tyneside and Northumberland will battle it out to be named the North-east’s finest.
The Tees Valley dinner takes place on March 25 next year - with the North-east final on April 29.
Companies and organisations can enter a maximum of three separate categories.
Entries must relate to activity during 2009.
Awards are open to companies of all sizes and organisations with a significant presence in any of the sub-regions.
Entries can be made on line at www.nebusinessawards.co.uk.
