TEESSIDE law firm Endeavour Partnership has advised the partners of Yarm Medical Practice on the development of a new health centre in Yarm.

Endeavour Partnership’s commercial property team, led by managing partner Simon Wake, advised the practice on the purchase and development of the site and the letting of space for an on-site pharmacy and other administrative offices.

The new centre has been built next to the existing premises on Worsall Road on the site previously used as a car park and the former health clinic. Once services have been transferred to the new building, the old practice will make way for a two-storey car park, increasing the number of car parking spaces available. The site will also benefit from improved disabled access.
