Three join top team at A&L

Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank has taken on three senior staff as it expands to meet growing demand. It has appointed business banking managers Mark Rutherford, Ian Massey and Sarah Ferguson at its North East Business Centre on Newcastle Quayside.

Mark Rutherford joins the group from Barclays. He has 26 years of business banking experience, working as a business banking manager in Northumberland and Tynedale for the last 15 years, managing a diverse portfolio.

Ian Massey joins from NatWest's corporate team in Darlington, after starting his career with Yorkshire Bank.

Sarah Ferguson joins from NatWest. She has 26 years' banking experience, working in the business sector for the last 16 years.

Neil Williams, head of the North East Business Centre said: "I am delighted that Mark, Ian and Sarah have chosen to join Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank"

The Business Centre supports businesses with a turnover topping £1m.
