Law firm Dickinson Dees has been appointed to advise north-west councils on waste. The Newcastle firm will work with the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities on the preparation of a joint waste development plan document for three years initially.
Libbie Henderson of Dickinson Dees said: "The project will be led by our planning team with appropriate support from our waste and environment teams. Our teams have a breadth and depth of experience across the whole range of planning, waste and environmental related issues and we are well placed to advise the AGMA on all waste, environmental and planning aspects through to adoption of the plan."
