Jackson holds chair

Andrew Jackson has been re-elected chairman of the 1,800-member Tyne & Wear Society of Chartered Accountants.

Mr Jackson is based in Newcastle where he works for the National Audit Office (NAO), which scrutinises public spending on behalf of Parliament.

A Durham University graduate, Mr Jackson qualified as a chartered accountant in 1995 and worked for Ernst & Young in Newcastle before joining the NAO. His interests are fell walking, travel, photography and music.
