Paula becomes a partner at Ward Hadaway

WARD Hadaway law firm has promoted several staff to new positions.

Commercial litigation specialist Paula Myers, who has been at the Newcastle-based firm since 2005, has been made a partner.

She has a wide range of experience, mainly in claimant commercial litigation, professional negligence and contested probate claims.

Jamie Martin, managing partner at Ward Hadaway, said: “Paula’s promotion to partnership at the firm is a reflection of her hard work, dedication and rich array of skills, which have been deployed to great effect for our clients. It is richly deserved and everyone at Ward Hadaway is delighted for her.”

Mrs Myers said: “I am delighted with my promotion and look forward to developing my role as a partner and helping to grow and expand the practice.”

The firm has also promoted a further eight solicitors to associate status.

Alex Cox, Nadine Stansbie and Alex Wright from Ward Hadaway’s property department become associates as do Andrew Barnes and Sarah Green from the commercial team, Jamie Gamble from the employment team, Tristan Mander from the pensions team, Imogen Holland from the corporate team and Joanne Neale from the litigation team.

Mr Martin said: “Congratulations go to all of the promoted members of the firm. It is pleasing to see people develop their expertise and further their careers at Ward Hadaway and we look forward to their continued success in the future.”
