Three new trainee lawyers join Sintons

Gareth Thompson, Roisin Laird and James Kyne - all three have joined Sintons as trainee lawyers

THREE new trainee solicitors have joined Sintons – Roisin Laird, James Kyne and Gareth Thompson.

Jim Dias, chairman of Partners at Sintons said: “Our standards are high and we look for a rare combination of technical legal qualities and peoples’ ability to get on effectively with both our clients and staff.

“We pride ourselves on being a firm where people put themselves out to help new joiners at whatever level.

“I enjoy seeing the energy and enthusiasm that new trainees bring to our firm and watching them develop.”

Roisin said: “Having moved from Northern Ireland to pursue a legal career, choosing a highly reputable and forward thinking firm that would also provide a friendly and supportive working environment was very important to me.”

James said: “Joining Sintons in September has made for a very exciting few weeks. I have come into the commercial department for my first seat, and the learning curve has been steep but very satisfying.”

Gareth said: “After having studied in Newcastle I was keen to remain in the region and work for a firm with a progressive commercial outlook. Sintons fitted that profile perfectly.”
