Law expert will help employers stay focused

COMMERCIAL law firm Short Richardson & Forth is set to roll-out its expertise across the UK after signing one of the region’s employment law experts.
The Newcastle-based firm has appointed Dr John McMullen as partner in its successful employment team joining partners Max Winthrop and Jean-Pierre Van Zyl.
Dr McMullen was previously a Partner at Watson Burton and has 25 years’ experience in employment law.
He said: "We already have clients all over the country and we now want to further raise our profile. We will be competing for business in the south east using our keener overheads.
"Our goal is to become the best employment firm outside London." Short Richardson & Forth was founded 30 years ago and provides services in employment law, commercial property, corporate and commercial work, litigation and insolvency.
