Employee's 25 years at Sintons law firm

CHARTERED legal executive Debra Devine is celebrating after notching up a quarter of a century of service at a North East law firm.

Devine has advised countless individuals and families on matters such as conveyancing, the preparation of wills and probate during her time at Newcastle-based Sintons.

She said: “To help clients and their families with their personal legal needs is hugely satisfying, and I feel privileged to be able to call many of my clients my friends.

“I have helped some of them move house numerous times and others to prepare and update their wills over the years. It has always been particularly rewarding to be able to offer guidance and support during the more difficult times in life and in complex areas of law such as probate.

“I take great pleasure at having played my own small part in Sintons’ success story and, even though the firm has grown steadily over the years to become the leading provider of private client services in the North East, it’s rewarding to hear clients say we continue to offer a particularly friendly welcome and personal feel.”

Sintons chairman Jim Dias said: “Debra is the latest in a line of employees who have been with us for 25 years. The number of repeat clients she has is a testament to her approachability and professionalism. She is a marvellous ambassador for the firm and we are delighted to recognise her achievement.”
