What did you want to be when you were young?
A private detective.
How much was your first pay packet and what did you spend it on?
It was £10 and I spent it on my mother.
What's your dream job, other than your current one?
I feel that I am in my dream job, however, working in sales and marketing for Richard Branson.
What's the best piece of business advice you have received?
Treat people with a smile.
And the worst?
Applying short-term measures to fix a business model that is broken, when really, the model needs to be changed.
What is your philosophy when it comes to business?
Take a genuine interest in your customers and your staff. Take care of both of these and the business will take care of itself.
What are your hobbies?
Don't really have hobbies, but any spare time I have, I like to spend it with my family. That might involve reading, playing games and attending sporting events etc.
What's your top business or financial tip?
Punch above your weight, make every pound count.
Does anything scare you and if so, what?
Bureaucracy, over regulation.

Vision, keeping your goals in sight.
