An archaeologist.

I have realised my dream and had a great career in jobs that have always enabled me to support my family and be exciting.

Never look back at what might have been.

Understand the market, your customers, agree objectives and lead from the front to achieve them.

What are your hobbies?

Gardening, golf, sailing and the great outdoors.

Be sceptical of sales forecasts and never underestimate your working capital requirements.

Does anything scare you and if so what?

Nothing but total darkness.
