INDUSTRIAL space at a key Middlesbrough industrial estate has been snapped up as part of a Teesside firm’s expansion plans.
Units 1 and 2 of Britannia Court at Riverside Park have been bought by Midas Cladding Services for £390,000.
Sanderson Weatherall and Storeys SSP advised on the sale on behalf of a client of Calton and Co.
Tim Carter at Sanderson Weatherall said: “Since 2002, Riverside Park has seen extensive investment and development, transforming the land into a prosperous commercial environment and attracting a great deal of activity from occupiers seeking a foothold in this well established site.”
This is the latest success for Riverside Park, which is the town’s second largest employment zone, with 250 businesses employing 4,000 people.
