BELASIS HALL business park near Billingham is helping three companies to achieve success.

With their businesses expanding, and to meet growing customer and client demand, all three are moving into bigger units at the park.

Independent Financial Advisers Carterbar, which has been in Billingham for 12 years, have moved to premises which are double the size of its previous base. The firm has seven members of staff, five of whom are financial advisers.

Also doubling their space at Belasis Hall, which is owned by St George’s Securities, is Cory Brothers. The firm is part of Braemar Seascope Group Plc, a leading integrated provider of broking and consultancy services to the shipping industry.

Established in 1842 with over 160 years experience serving the shipping industry, Cory Brothers offers extensive experience and a unique range of services to customers. It employs 11 people in Billingham.

Another company on the move to bigger premises is Complete Financial Planning, also an independent financial adviser.

It has more than doubled in size, moving from a 1,000sq ft unit to one that is 2,500sq ft.

Belasis Hall comprises 40 high quality detached and terraced offices and R&D units, ranging in size from 500sq ft to 20,000sq ft and all set in mature parkland with ponds, streams and gardens.

The park boasts many blue-chip occupiers including Johnson Matthey, Tyne Tees Television and ABB Eutech.

Tim Carter of Sanderson Weatherall property consultants, the letting agent for the park, said: “We are delighted that these companies are doing so well and that they have committed their future to Belasis Hall. It offers a superb environment, with each unit enjoying space in beautifully landscaped grounds.

“Belasis is ideally placed close to all amenities. It also has excellent transport links, being close to the A19, Durham Tees Valley Airport and the East Coast mainline rail services.”
