Jones Lang Lasalle, DTZ and Knight Frank to market Quorum Business Park

THE team behind England's largest business park development project has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as joint letting agent.

Jones Lang LaSalle, a worldwide financial and professional services firm specialising in real estate, will become joint letting agent for Newcastle’s £180m Quorum Business Park, alongside DTZ and Knight Frank.

John Izett, London-based head of Jones Lang, said: “We are delighted. I am personally thrilled to be working on such a top quality office development and have been thoroughly impressed by what Newcastle has to offer.

“The financial and lease package that we are able to offer beats anything available in the rest of the country.

“Quorum is offering the right deal for these tough times and I expect companies to seize this fantastic opportunity and join the existing businesses on the park.”

Quorum development director Fergus Trim said: “I’m delighted to welcome Jones Lang LaSalle as joint letting agent at Quorum and in John Izett we have one of the most experienced agents in the country.”

Jones Lang LaSalle has a portfolio of approximately 1.4bn sq ft worldwide, with 2008 global revenues of $2.7bn.
