EUROPEAN property adviser Atisreal, which has an office in Newcastle, has now rebranded to BNP Paribas Real Estate in the UK, as part of the company’s strategy to have one single global brand across Europe, the Middle East and India.
The agent now becomes the fourth largest by turnover in Europe and eighth globally.
David Furniss, head of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Newcastle office, says that the new identity demonstrates its ownership by one of the world’s strongest banks.
“This speaks volumes to clients and the market at a time when competitors are struggling and allows our clients to view the relationship as a long and guaranteed one.
“This further enhances our ability to offer the very best market advice to our clients at a local and regional level by being able to benefit from the national and international experience available to us.”
Mark England, CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, said: “Rebranding gives us the best of both worlds.
“We are able to leverage from the strength of an internationally renowned and respected brand, and also maintain our independence as a property advisory company.”
