ENTREPRENEUR Hossain Rezaei has opened the latest chapter in his North-East success story with the launch of a new restaurant chain.
The 52-year-old, who sold Pride Valley Foods for £20m last March, has officially opened the doors to Flatbread Cafe in Newcastle.
Mr Rezaei expects to open five other branches across the region over the next two years and in the long term hopes to open hundreds of branches in cities across the world.
