A NEW 30,000sq ft office development, overlooking the Tees Gorge at Preston Farm by the A66, has been completed.
Halegrove Court @Bowesfield, a joint development between Easingwold-based Halegrove and McGinnis Developments from Leeds, is five minutes from Stockton town centre.
The £5m scheme provides 17 self-contained office buildings, ranging from 1,300sq ft to 3,000sq ft, which are available to buy or to let.
Seven of the units have already been sold.
The latest deal, which has just been completed, saw design consultants CAD21 taking unit 15.
CAD21 has moved from Belasis Hall Technology Park at Billingham and also has offices at Apex Business Village north of Newcastle.
Paul Brown, managing director of Halegrove, said: “These superb contemporary offices are already proving extremely popular, especially with owner occupiers.
“We can cater for offices up to 3,000sq ft, with units doubling up, so their appeal is wide. What is more, the setting is superb, as is the location.”
Patrick Matheson, associate of property consultants Knight Frank in Newcastle, said: “We currently have a further unit under offer to a well known high street name in the financial sector. Overall we are extremely pleased with the level of interest.”
The joint agents are Knight Frank and Dodds Brown.
