Studios boost expanding Lingfield

A NEW phase of offices is being released at the Lingfield Point development near Darlington.

The Studios has been developed by the site’s owner Marchday as the latest phase of work on the former wool-manufacturing site.

The offices have been created from a building originally the wool factory’s medical centre and later converted into a recording studio.

It follows a series of innovative buildings on the site, known as The Beehive, Memphis and Lingfield House, which are now home to companies such as The Student Loans Company, Capita, NHS, Coats Crafts and architects Faulkner Brown.

The Studios will feature excellent natural light, a video entry system and wi-fi broadband, as well as 24-hour security and extensive CCTV coverage.

The space can be occupied as a single unit of 11,192sqft or split into studios of 545sqft to 7,532sqft.

Estate manager Eddie Humphries said: “Lingfield Point is proving a popular business destination.”
