Green goals down by the Riverside
GREEN goals will be top of the agenda at Boro’s Riverside Stadium this week as the Renew Tees Valley Fair gets under way on Thursday.
The two-day event, which brings together companies and organisations promoting the growing renewable sector in the Tees Valley, will see social enterprises seeking sustainable business opportunities, householders who are looking to reduce their carbon footprints and individuals searching for career and training opportunities.
Among the exhibitors will be Hartlepool College, which is rapidly developing a powerful capability in the renewables sector.
