Chance to join the oil and gas boom

NORTH-EAST companies looking to exploit the Norwegian oil and gas boom are being invited to attend a conference aimed at opening routes into this lucrative market.

A number of Norwegian companies – many with bulging order books – will be in Newcastle for the Rediscover North-East England event showcasing the region’s strengths to the Norwegians and opening up lucrative business opportunities for the region’s companies.

The conference has been organised by One NorthEast and Oilinfo, an independent oil and gas media publishing operation with its new UK base on Tyneside. The conference is also in partnership with NOF Energy and NaREC.

Among those attending will be Halliburton, Maritime Systems, Fluid Control Services, Smith International Norway, Ferguson Group, Visma Norway, Petrolink, Keppel Norway, Scoomi Oil Tools and Welldynamics Norge.
