Top centre is nearing completion
A NEW high-specification business centre at Hartlepool’s Queens Meadow Business Park is nearing completion.
The scheme, developed by Rivergreen Developments, will offer a variety of business units ranging from 411sq m (4,424sq ft) to 911sq m (9,810sq ft).

The units have been designed to appeal to a wide cross section of users and be suitable for all types of employers.”
The new development is within the £6.2m Queens Meadow Business Park to the south west of Hartlepool. Rivergeen Business Centre forms part of this 57 hectare site. The first seven units are expected to be ready for occupation by March.
