Hartlepool bosses mean business at Westminster
HARTLEPOOL business leaders make a ground-breaking visit to Westminster this week as they attempt to change perceptions of the area.
Representatives from eight companies will spend several days at the Houses of Parliament promoting Hartlepool as a business destination.
The visit was spearheaded by Hartlepool MP Iain Wright, who said he wanted to challenge stereotypical views of the town.
“Reputation is everything in business and I hope this visit goes some way to showcasing what the town is really like.”
