DARLINGTON property management company Town & City Management Services has been chosen as managing agent for one of the region’s most imaginative property developments.

Town & City will manage The Printworks - 40 luxury apartments and penthouses in Newcastle.

Since its formation in 2002, the firm has acquired the management of more than 100 apartment blocks across the north. Owner Peter Bigge said: “More and more of our business is coming from personal recommendation.”
