LETTINGS are on the up at Wynyard Park and a locally operated business centre, which manages two office centres at the 700-acre site, is set to boost figures further with an open day.
Westminster Business Centre, which has already achieved 81% occupancy across its two office centres at Wynyard Park in less than two years, is looking to attract new tenants seeking ready-to-move-into office accommodation.
The company signed a lease with Wynyard Park Ltd to manage 12,800 sq ft of office space in Lion Court last year, following the company’s success in letting most of the units at the 20,000sq ft Wellington House complex.
Sandra and Matthew Tearney, who head up the Tees Valley based firm, will be showcasing the serviced office accommodation at Wellington House and Lion Court at the event taking place from noon tomorrow.
Wellington House provides a range of serviced office space that can accommodate from one to 10 people, while the furnished offices at Lion Court provide a range of contemporary serviced office space for 10 to 30 people.
Businesses at both Lion Court and Wellington House can be up and running within 24 hours with everything supplied from office furniture and telephony to a professional company reception facility.
A virtual office facility will also enable companies to use the accommodation and the facilities on offer as a professional base without having to take any physical space.
“We are delighted with the occupancy levels at both centres but we are always keen to attract new tenants looking for first-class accommodation and service,” said Sandra.
“The open day is designed so interested businesses can view both centres and see the fantastic facilities that are available.”
Matt Johnson, development manager at Wynyard Park, said: “Westminster Business Centre are doing a fantastic job in attracting tenants to both Wellington House and Lion Court.
“Their proactive, customer-focused approach and professionalism reflects the overall approach at Wynyard Park and I’m confident they will continue in their success.”
Success is also continuing elsewhere on the site.
The Evolution complex, comprising 70,000sq ft of office and warehousing space, has continued to attract a range of businesses and the scheme is continuing to attract a diverse range of tenants.
The few remaining units are available for sale or lease and range in size from 600 to 6,000sq ft.
Wynyard Park is now also able to offer flexi-let offices at Evolution, which allow flexible easy-in, easy-out terms for a fixed monthly fee to suit businesses which have five to 20 employees.
Meanwhile, there has already been a lot of early interest in the Wynyard Park Business Village scheme which is scheduled for completion next month.
Almost 30,000 sq ft of the complex is under offer before marketing of the units has even started.
