Three new directors appointed at Esh Group

CONSTRUCTION specialist the Esh Group has three new directors.

Stephen Francis has been promoted to managing director of Dunelm Property Services, after joining the business as operations director from Frank Haslam Milan two years ago.

David Halfacre, who was previously in the role, has moved up on to the executive board with responsibility for facilities.

In addition to Dunelm Homes and Dunelm Property Services, the Esh Group operates a number of construction-related companies from waste management to fencing, wind farms and landscaping.

Darren Warneford has joined the business in the newly-created role of group customer relations director for the £150m turnover Durham-based group, which employs more than 1,000 people in the region.

He joined the business from the Mears Group, where he helped boost the order book to £1.4bn.

Colin Bennett, a qualified engineer, has been appointed as technical director with Dunelm Homes after a career working with regional housebuilders, most recently Bowey and McInerney Homes.
