SEARCH and selection consultancy Archibald & Dutch has appointed SHEILA SHARP as business development manager.
She has had a long experience of working in the fast-moving consumer goods and hospitality sectors having held senior marketing roles with Boots, Tommee Tippee and Swallow Hotels.
Industrial technology specialist Tracerco, part of the Johnson Matthey Group, has appointed VINCE CROUD as technical director.
Dr Croud will oversee the company’s research and development activities at its Tracer Technology Centre in Billingham, Teesside. This encompasses the full spectrum for application of tracers from tagging oil reservoir fluids to indelible’ finger printing’ of fuels and bulk chemicals in consumer markets.
NomadE5, part of the Isos Housing Group, has appointed PHIL SODEN as a dedicated welfare benefits adviser, who will offer specialist advice on benefits and debt management to residents of both Milecastle and Castle Morpeth Housing, also part of Isos Housing Group.
Phil is a former welfare benefits specialist for the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) and Legal Services Commission, who will be on hand to provide a wide range of advice and information.
Newton Aycliffe-based shower manufacturer Roman has expanded its export team with the appointment of AINA BRUNET as export executive.
Aina, who is originally from Majorca, has experience of establishing and account-managing business relationships in Spain, Italy and Portugal. Prior to this she completed a BA Hons Translation and Interpreting degree from the University Pompeu Fabra of Barcelona. Aina is set to focus on the Spanish speaking markets.
Rockliffe Hall Hotel, golf and spa resort near Darlington, has appointed NICK HOLMES as managing director.
Nick, a multi-award-winning operator in golf, hotel and leisure sectors, was most recently managing director for Branston Golf and Country Club in the Midlands, and before that he opened the Bristol Golf Club, a 250-acre upmarket golf facility in South Gloucestershire.
He was also instrumental in the opening and development of five-star Cameron House on Loch Lomond in the early 90s. More recently he has been acting as an industry consultant for Studley Wood Golf Club in Oxford.
