With the pulse still beating in Tees Valley’s property market, following the worst slump nationally since 1997, local agents say Portrack is ripe for further development.
But in the first of our occasional series focusing on business and trade parks, tenants are divided over whether extra footfall translates into pound signs or just makes life harder by attracting the competition ...
