Mock tribunal hailed a major success

MINCOFF Jacksons LLP recently held the latest in a series of mock employment tribunals. The event took place at Lumley Castle and was the first held in conjunction with Durham Business Club.

The session provided over 60 delegates from Durham Business Club with first-hand experience and practical guidance on the preparation and operation of an unfair redundancy dismissal case at an employment tribunal.

Members of the Mincoff Jacksons’ employment law team and HR Consultancy replicated a live tribunal from beginning to end, including a full decision.

Senior partner and head of employment Kevin Fletcher commented “delegates who attended left feeling positive about the session and felt they had learnt a lot regarding the process”.
