Growing HR specialist sees green shoots

A SPECIALIST human resources company is aiming to break the £1m turnover barrier in the next three years after broadening its geographical reach and the services it offers.

Exclusive Human Resources (EHR) was launched in Gateshead two years ago as a recruiter specialising in HR professionals but has expanded into HR consultancy, leadership and management development.

It has also opened its first office out of the region in Leeds and plans growth in Scotland and the North West.

Managing director Mark Ions said: “You put your ambitions in place and you put the processes in place to achieve it.

“We are an HR business services company – we’ve got so many parts to the business now and services we can offer. Over the next three years we would confidently be looking at doubling the staff numbers as well.”
