Castledene Group plan to double revenues

“We offer the complete armchair service for buy-to-let. We’ll facilitate the purchase of a property working with solicitors and valuers and so forth, we’ll organise the refurbishment and then we’ll manage the letting,” added Mr Paul.
“We are very active on the buying side. We sold 72 in the last year. And we are also keen to provide a very professional service, which is important when the lettings industry doesn’t always have the greatest reputation.
“Instead of having one person managing lettings and another maintenance and so on, we’ll give clients a portfolio manager to oversee the properties they own, who can answer all their needs.” The company was advised on the Interlet deal by Clive Owen Corporate Finance and funding to support the acquisition came from Lloyds TSB.
Angus Allan of Clive Owen said: “The Castledene Group has shown that the fundamental principles of a proactive sales outlook and a focus on client satisfaction can lead to growth and sustainable success even in the most challenging of sectors.
“The business already boasted an impressive portfolio of properties under management.
“With the acquisition of Interlet they have taken this to the next level and, under John Paul’s ambitious leadership, Castledene will no doubt continue to grow in the future.”
