International networking is at the top of agenda
INTERNATIONAL networking to boost business will be top of the agenda at Durham County Cricket Club’s ground in Chester-le-Street.
The North East International Networking Club’s next event on Tuesday, October 26, will focus on export marketing research and export communication. The meeting will be addressed by Richard Gilbert, of the British Chamber of Commerce (BCC) and Norma Foster, BCC accredited Export Communications Consultant for the North East.
UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) organises a number of events throughout the region to help exporters gain new leads through networking.
UKTI international trade director David Coppock said: “Networks can also be a key source of information and support when you are tackling new export markets and can help you develop your knowledge and skills.
“Networking events such as the INC meetings can open up a lot more opportunities than you think. You may meet someone you are able to work with, or they might know someone. The opportunities really are endless.”
