FORMER Entrepreneurs' Forum chief executive Carole Beverley is the new group marketing and communications director at IT services company Technology Services Group.

Sage co-founder Graham Wylie launched TSG in 2003 to provide IT services to small and medium businesses, and says Beverley will help develop brand and communications strategy on a national level.

Wylie said: “I’m delighted to have secured the talents of such a high calibre individual.

“Carole was instrumental in developing the Forum into the hugely successful organisation that it is today and as TSG enters the next phase of our growth strategy, I’m confident that with Carole on board our brand is in very capable hands.”

Beverley left her role at the forum this month after eight years to “explore new opportunities”. She previously worked in jobs such as head of commercial assets at adidas and commercial director of Newcastle United.

She said: “The company’s well established profile in the North East belies the fact it is actually a business very much still in its infancy, and the opportunity to work with a young and vibrant company with ambitious UK wide growth plans is hugely exciting.”
