DATA monitoring company Brulines has signed a long term deal with Enterprise Inns to take its flagship iDraught system into a further 500 pubs.

The agreement means that more than 2,000 bars will have the iDraught system installed and Brulines’ new Nucleus Smart Till system will also be rolled out to pubs in the Enterprise group.

Stockton-based Brulines produces data capture equipment for the petrol forecourt and vending machine markets as well as the pub industry.

Brulines chief executive James Dickson said: “We are delighted that Enterprise has chosen to extend its relationship with Brulines.

“The introduction of Nucleus Smart Tills gives publicans the opportunity to track draught dispense volumes against till data, giving greater transparency on pub performance and the opportunity to maximise profit.”

The announcement comes just days after Brulines paid an undisclosed sum to snap up Lookout Solutions, an Oxford company with clients including soft drinks producer AG Barr .

The company publishes its interim results on December 6.
