
DIGITAL signage company Beyond Digital Solutions trebled its turnover in 2011 and is bringing on new staff to meet demand.
The Boldon firm said it had added four new employees to its team after boosting its turnover from £1m in 2010 to £3m a year later. It provides digital signage to sectors including automotive, retail, hospitality and healthcare.
Chris Wigmore has joined as a product manager and will be responsible for software and hardware specification and content. Sonali Craddock is the new digital creative project manager and will co-ordinate the creative and technical teams. Hannah Knowles is joining in an IT support role, while Sean Kennedy will apply his marketing background to the telesales team.
Beyond Digital has clients including Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo and Frimley Park Hospital. It offers consultancy on areas such as media distribution, maintenance, project management and content design. Louise Richley, managing director of Beyond Digital, said: “After such a successful year we wanted to boost the operations in the North East, which has such a high reputation for skills within creative industries.
