A FUND for budding Teesside entrepreneurs has appointed a new manager.

Jane Reynolds will drive investment for SMEs from the North-east’s £125m Finance for Business Fund.

Launched in 2010, the FBF comprises seven funds which will support firms and entrepreneurs with strong commercial prospects across the North-east until 2014.

A string of investments have already been made.

Jane, who will be based at Wynyard Park, will work closely with SMEs, business support organisations and the fund managers to encourage deal making.

She has a wealth of business experience from previous posts with organisations including Finance Tree.
