Quad helping predict firms’ futures

WALTONS Clark Whitehill, the Hartlepool firm of chartered accountants and business advisers, has launched an enhancement to its business analysis and planning service for clients.

Using the new Quad Business Builder, a business analysis and forward planning tool which has had a successful six-month pilot period, the service now helps predict the value of subtle operational changes.

Quad allows clients to work with the firm to project the outcome of changes, such as adjustments to debtor or creditor days, marketing spend, salaries, sales volume and price. The system also takes into account specifics of the client’s business type, covering four areas, the service sector, distribution, manufacturing and hospitality.

Heather O’Driscoll, pictured left, partner at Waltons Clark Whitehill, said: “Quad is an analytical tool which carries out a financial analysis and cash-focused understanding of the financial dynamics of clients’ businesses, assisting in business growth and decision making.

“By examining the projected outcomes of various options, it allows us to establish strong business planning to take our clients’ businesses forward in a way which will help them to achieve their different goals.”
