Website steps up to the bar

A YOUNG entrepreneur has launched a new service allowing any pub in Britain to create a free, ad supported website and online community.
Chris Naylor, 21, from County Durham, launched the service after noticing a gap in the market for low-cost websites, especially given the tough times that pubs have faced during the recession.
Mr Naylor said: “The beauty of the whole thing is that our service is so easy to use, no matter how experienced you are with computers.
“The web-based software contains easy to use widgets, so that you can add your text, photos, videos and more in a few easy steps. Many pubs are getting their content online using different services, but not grouping it together.”
