Legal support available around the clock on Teesside

A NEW online legal and commercial support service has been launched on Teesside.

Particular.Pro was developed at the Boho digital and creative hub in Middlesbrough and is the brainchild of Matthew Rippon, director at Particular Commercial & Legal Services.

Mr Rippon and business partner Deb McGargle have created an online platform that will provide subscribers with information to help them expand their knowledge of legal business and commercial issues.

It allows businesses to access legal support around the clock.

This includes via podcasts, diaries and downloadable documents.

Mr Rippon, director at Particular Online - the company behind Particular.pro - said: “We are transforming our customer experience and using technology to make it happen.

“We want our clients to have much more control over their business decisions by providing them with the tools and content to make informed decisions.

“It will also help to reduce their costs significantly too.

“This revolutionary idea was inspired by the enterprising clients we work with who think and act differently on a daily basis.

“They all have great ideas and work at such a fast pace and Particular.Pro is, in reality, a combination of all their frequently asked questions and late-night calls for help.”

Mr Rippon specialises in dispute resolution and commercial work, particularly in relation to a variety of intellectual property and technology issues.

Meanwhile, Ms McGargle provides commercial and legal advice to SMEs in the region, including incubating graduate and spin-out businesses within universities and colleges.

A barrister and a magistrate, she has also run several businesses including a hotel.
