CREATIVE folk who have put their skills to use by setting up a business selling their homemade wares will get the chance to swap ideas at an event in Northumberland next month.

The county’s first Maker Fair is coming to Alnwick to bring together inventors, budding entrepreneurs and craftspeople so they can show off their ideas, learn from each other and perhaps set up projects in partnership.

Unlike a trade fair or market the event is free and organised for the business benefit of those who have businesses and want to come along.

Organiser Reaction's enterprise facilitation service will also be available on the day.
