Timeless Photography business launched in Newbiggin

Lee Jennings

THE sky's the limit for a civil engineer after he followed his passion for taking pictures and set up his own business.

Like many people made redundant, Lee Jennings decided to start up on his own rather than work for someone else.

He used his love of astrophotography – taking stunning detailed pictures of the heavenly bodies – as the starting point for Timeless Photography.

But Lee, who is based in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, Northumberland, will be taking pictures a lot more close to home including wedding, portrait and landscape shots.

He said: “I’ve always loved astronomy and taking photographs ever since I got my first telescope at seven.

“There’s something amazing in capturing images of something so far away. They are truly beautiful.

“I’d done a lot of photography and when I was made redundant as a construction industry site manager back in June I decided that’s where my heart lay and I thought I would regret it if I didn’t go for making it my business. It’s going really well.

“I have orders throughout the autumn and inquiries coming in all the time. I am loving being my own boss and being creative. Although I will always love taking photographs of planets and stars, these days I get just as much pleasure capturing faces and events and seeing the heaven people build for themselves on Earth.”
