What, in your opinion, is influence?

Influence is the ability to move individuals and organisations in a desired direction without reliance upon coercion or authority.

Is influence the same as power?

Absolutely not. Power is simple and crude, influence is complex and subtle.

Who or what have you been most influenced by?

Too numerous to itemise.

Who or what has most benefited from your influence?

Hopefully, my family and my work colleagues
