Dinner to celebrate achievements

THE Asian Business Forum North-East (ABF) aims to be the voice of the Asian business community working within the business support network and One NorthEast.

We encourage networking within the region to identify business opportunities and to facilitate their implementation. Now in our fourth year, the ABF continues to raise its profile through its working partnerships with key organisations in the region.

We host seminars and events which serve to inform our members of relevant and topical issues and also provide a gateway to a plethora of business support.

In addition to other networking events, the ABF is hosting its third annual dinner at the Gateshead Hilton on Sunday, November 25. The annual dinner is held in acknowledgement of the community’s achievements and successes in the business arena and provides an opportunity to network with like-minded people and appropriate service providers.

The dinner is also an excellent opportunity for non-members to experience how membership of the ABF can benefit them. Our event’s main sponsor this year is Allied Irish Bank(GB), which has an enviable track record as a business bank which supports businesses in the community and the region.

A number of other corporate sponsors will be exhibiting at the event and opportunities are still available for those interested in taking advantage of accessing what is the single largest gathering of Asian businesspeople in the North-East. With the ABF annual dinner being the most prestigious regional event in the Asian business calendar, this black-tie event promises to be a grand affair.

Furthermore, with a number of prominent figures from both the business and political worlds in attendance, this high profile event is already receiving unprecedented media attention. This will be a sold-out event, so we encourage members and non-members alike to secure their tables as soon as possible. Tables are available on a strictly first come, first served basis.
