DUNELM Property Services refurbishes, maintains and constructs homes in the social housing sector, putting quality, care and commitment first.

Dunelm’s new homes section has extensive experience in delivering high-quality homes with a full design and construct service. Using modern methods of construction, it has delivered mixed-tenure developments with family housing, disabled access and assisted care homes, as well as homes for sale.

Working with a number of housing associations, and as a development partner of the Housing Corporation, it has designed a range of homes that suit the private housing market and are also fully compliant with the stringent requirements of the Housing Corporation. They meet level three of the code for sustainable homes and are also available to level four.
