R&B will hit the right note

Richard Goodaire of the R&B Group has some advice on taking the stress away when planning your next event. The R&B Group has been staging conferences, award ceremonies and the like for over 15 years working all over the North-East and throughout the UK.

Providing a one-stop solution means you don't have to use numerous different contractors or companies to deliver your event.

Be it lighting, sound, staging, custom set build, projection or video production, the company has a wide range of the latest technical equipment to provide the best solution for your event.

The R&B Group also provides a dedicated project manager who will look after the client from initial idea through to event delivery giving you one single point of contact throughout.

So what do you need to consider to produce a successful event?

The venue: Choosing the right venue can be critical to staging a good event. The room you choose needs to be able to accommodate comfortably the number of guests you are expecting but also needs to allow for the production element of the event.

At the R&B Group we can create a full 3D visualization of the room including chair/table layout, stage set, lighting etc. This can prove invaluable to not only let you see how your event will look before its even installed but also to try different seating/room layouts to enable you to make the most of the venue you have chosen.

We can then provide you with table plans and room layouts which can be sent to the venue to ensure the room is set out exactly to your specification.

The backdrop/the look: One of the key challenges for almost all companies is to get your message or corporate identity clearly and professionally delivered.

Using a stage backdrop, be it from stock items or custom built from our new workshop facilities, we can create a focal point within the room to get your message across.

Our project managers all have a wide range of experience and have staged all types of events. We will always look to provide something unique or bespoke, regardless of the scale of the event, to help you stand out from your competitors.

The technical equipment: The last thing you want is for equipment to fail or the right equipment to cover your needs not to be delivered.

Again, let the R&B Group project managers take this headache away for you by letting them handle all of the technical aspects of the event. We can contact your presenters, liaise with the venue and ensure all technical requirements are delivered.

Having such a large rental stock to call on, we can always provide the best solution to suit your budget and are always happy to offer new interesting ideas to create that "wow" factor.

At The R&B Group we pride ourselves or providing a friendly, professional and efficient service. We are always happy to discuss project ideas with you be it on the phone or at your premises.

All of our expertise is free, so why not make us the first call you make when planning your next event we will definitely deliver a first class event result.

If you would like any advice or to discuss any future projects you may have please call the projects team on (0191) 276-3999 or email Richard.goodaire@rbgroup.co.uk
